1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Argus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by The Sunday Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Argus is an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your email, calendar, documents, and task management tools to help automate your daily workflows. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Argus is offered on a subscription basis at $29 per month or $199 per year. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or systems connected to it.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Argus, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of The Sunday Group, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sunday Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
